You do not have to be one of Sweden's biggest events. The site is set up the same way for 200 visitors as for 20,000.

It does not have to be a race either. A dance band week, a festival, a cup or a car meet is set up the same way.

Smaller towns often have few hotels. But they have houses, rooms and plots that can be let for exactly those days.

Built around your dates and your location

Guests search for accommodation for your event, not in a general calendar.

The site gets its own address under eventboende.se. Link to it from registration, mailings and your own website.

Booking on your dates

Hosts let and guests search on the days of your event.

Every listing shows the distance

Every listing shows how far it is from your venue. If you have both a start and a finish, as a race does, the distance to each is shown.

The accommodation is already in town

Private individuals and non-profit associations let houses, flats, rooms and pitches for motorhomes and caravans.

A lower fee when an association lets

With a non-profit association the service fee is 12% instead of 15%. The association chooses whether the difference gives the guest a lower price or stays with the association.

    Local people and associations create their listings and set their own prices.

    You link to the site. Booking and payment happen with us, by Swish or card.

Working with us can bring money to your event

The bookings on your site can give money back to the event.

How much is set individually for each collaboration, by how much you contribute.

The guest does not pay more for it, and the host is paid the same.

You get a site of your own. Hosts decide over their accommodation.

No organiser owns Eventboende. Hosts set their prices and decide for themselves who gets to book.
