Listing guide for hosts

We recommend reading through this the first time you create a listing. You can always come back and adjust later.

Choose dates in the calendar

Dates allow guests to find your listing for the right period. Without dates, the listing won't appear in search results.

How dates are counted

  • Mark the nights that are available, not the checkout day.
  • Example: 1–3 March (2 nights) means 1 and 2 March are marked as available.
  • If you're unsure about a date, leave it empty and update later.

Plan for peak demand

  • Block dates you know are fully booked.
  • Only mark dates you can definitely hold.
  • You can always adjust availability later.

Practical tips for step 5

Mark nights, not checkout

Always check that the right nights are marked, especially around weekends and race days.

Keep text fields free of dates

Don't put dates in the title or description. Dates are managed in the calendar step and are easier to maintain there.

Update when things change

If the booking situation changes, update the calendar immediately so guests see the correct availability.
