Listing guide for hosts

We recommend reading through this the first time you create a listing. You can always come back and adjust later.

Choose available nights

Choose an event period and mark the nights when the accommodation can be booked. Without available nights, the listing won't appear in search results.

How dates are counted

 • Mark the nights that are available, not the checkout day.
 • Example: 1–3 March (2 nights) means 1 and 2 March are marked as available.
 • The final date in a period is treated as the checkout date and is not selected by Select event period.

Periods and extra days

 • Switch between periods using the tabs. Each tab shows its number of selected nights.
 • Use Select event period to select the period's regular nights.
 • Enable Show extra days to offer nights before or after the period.
 • Only mark dates you can definitely hold.
 • Click a selected night again to deselect it.

Practical tips for step 4

Mark nights, not checkout

Always check that the right nights are marked, especially around weekends and race days.

Keep text fields free of dates

Don't put dates in the title or description. Availability is managed in the date step and is easier to maintain there.

Update when things change

If the booking situation changes, update the selected nights immediately so guests see the correct availability.
