We recommend reading through this the first time you create a listing. You can always come back and adjust later.
Getting started
You create the listing step by step and we save automatically while you fill it in. You can go back and forth between steps and continue later.
- The listing saves automatically while you fill it in.
- In the final step you see a summary before saving.
- The listing won't be visible until you publish it.
- You can create one or more listings depending on how you want to rent.
Create a draft with AI
Already have a listing on another platform, or just want to briefly describe your accommodation? Choose “Create a draft with AI” in the first step and we’ll fill in a foundation for you.
- Describe freely — tell us a bit about the accommodation and we’ll create a title, description, and house rules.
- Paste a link — from e.g. VisitDalarna, Airbnb, or Stugknuten.
- Upload a Word document — if you have your listing in a document.
- Add photos — helps AI understand sleeping capacity, standard, and amenities.
Everything AI creates is a suggestion — you see it before it’s added and can change everything afterwards.

Practical tips before you start
Start with the right setup
Choose how you want to rent first. Then the rest of the fields become easier to fill in correctly.
Keep the text timeless
Avoid dates in text fields. The calendar and other steps handle that better.
Photos make a big difference
Bright photos from multiple angles increase the chance of getting bookings. At least 3 are required to publish.
Update the calendar
A listing without available dates won't appear in search results. Add dates early.
